Easy Jewel Hut partners with FedEx, UPS, and USPS for all shipments. During the holiday season, please note that increased shipping volumes may cause delivery delays. We will continue to process and ship orders within our standard timeframes and provide updates as orders are processed.

Important Customs Information: Each country has its own customs regulations. Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes. Orders to South America and the Russian Federation may experience delays exceeding one month due to customs processing.
Shipping Costs
We offer all-inclusive shipping with no additional fees at checkout. The price you see is the final shipping cost.
Order Tracking
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes available within 1-2 business days.
How to track your order:
- Check your confirmation email for the tracking number
- Visit our website and sign in to your account
- Navigate to “My Orders” to view real-time status updates
Package Status Issues
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it:

• Carrier scanning error (status should update within 24 hours)
• Delivery to a neighbor or building reception
• Incorrect delivery location

• Check with neighbors and building management

Lost Package Policy
If your package hasn’t arrived within 60 days of shipment:
Please contact our support team at [email protected]. We will either reship your order at no cost or provide a full refund.
Note: Claims must be submitted within 90 days of the original shipment date.
